Refill Spices: Pepper

I’ve just been waiting for the chance to try out refill spices! We recently ran out of pepper, so here’s how it’s going…

I used a small jar that originally packaged garlic. It was easy to clean out and I like the simple look to the jar. It cost $1.50 to fill up with pepper. This jar is more practical then the plastic shaker jar that my pepper came in last time. The plastic jar had big holes, so I always ended up with too much pepper and had to throw some away. With this jar, I just use measuring spoons to get exactly what I need.

I’m excited to transition all of my spices (as they run out) to these cute and easy to use jars! Do you refill spices? What kind of jars do you use and how is it going? Let me know via contact page.
